The staff we met were outstandingly accommodating and really friendly, they offered an incredible breakfast. Booked a room with outstanding views on the harbor😀👍

Well, it was an enjoyable stay in cool town. The staff were amazingly kind, ready to any request. The location was marvellous and particularly good - ease of access to Kawasaki Good Times World. This hotel met expectation in every way, couldn't recommend more.

The bed was big and the room was reasonably large. The location was favourable, relatively close to Kobe Anpanman Museum.

Reasonably good and amazing breakfast with lots of meals. Magnificent and good location around 4-6 minutes walk from Kobe Maritime Museum.

Amiable staff, airy and cheap room with a private balcony. Location near to shopping malls and restaurants and the bay surrounded by sea and link to the cruise centre and a waterfront in Meriken Park, Kobe with view of Kobe Port Tower & Be Kobe sign.

The room with nice view. The hotel had a stunning location not too far from Kobe Maritime Museum. I didn't feel like leaving and will be back.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were able to enjoy the breathtaking views of Meriken Park and the nearby earthquake memorial. The convenience of being right by the expressway made exploring the city a breeze. Having our own parking spot was a lifesaver, even though it came at an extra cost.

I was surprised that families with baby strollers had to pick the baby carriage up and hand carry down the stairs outside the hotel. Nice excalator going up. Nothing user friendly going down to the outside parking lot area. Unless I missed something. Please let me know.

The hotel design is really great with transportation within walking distance from the city loop.The hotel is also close to the Kobe Tower.Further to that the hotel is located within walking distance of MOSAIC which has shops, restaurants and entertainment for everyone.The hotel staffs very helpful and friendly.

As a group of friends, we had an amazing experience staying at the hotel, which is located on a cruise ship in dock. The location offers stunning views of the waterfront and allows for easy access to Shin Kobe station. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a shuttle service that made it convenient for us to explore the city.

We did notice a slight smell in the bathroom walls, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel looks like a cruise ship from outside. Balcony was nice and spacious with nice views.

Breakfast (open buffet) had lots of choices but continental was non existent, not even a slice of cheese. Great if you like seafood but otherwise be warned.

Near the pier and the hotel staffs are generally very friendly and can communicate with English.

The car parking arrangement was a bit confusing. In terms of the charge and the availability of parking the 1/F and G/F.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was big, clean, and light with a sea view balcony. The beds were comfortable and firm. The hotel's location was perfect, with amazing views across the harbor and of the city. It was also close to Harborland and the iconic tower. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hotel smelled gorgeous, like perfumed green tea. The breakfast was excellent, with an amazing variety of food. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient parking, transportation options, and the hotel's proximity to Sannomiya Station and Shin Kobe Station.
